1. Which countries/areas do you ship to? And how much will I be charged?
We offer global shipping to the following regions. Please see the chart below:
🌎 America
- United States & Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
- Note: We currently do not ship to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Federated States of Micronesia, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Mexico: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD; $15 USD shipping under $100
🌏 Asia & Pacific
- Hong Kong: Free shipping on all orders
- Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping over AUD/NZD $100; $25 shipping under that threshold
- Singapore: Free shipping over SGD $65; $20 shipping under that threshold
- Korea: Free shipping over $100 USD; $15 shipping under $100
🇪🇺 Europe
- EU Countries: Free shipping on all orders (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.)
- United Kingdom: Free shipping over £49 GBP; £15 shipping under that amount
🌍 Middle East
- United Arab Emirates: Free shipping over $49 USD; $15 shipping under $49

3. What shipping carriers do you use?

4. How do I track my order?
You can track your order in a few ways:
- Via your Manualroad account: My Account → Order History
- Via the shipment confirmation email (includes tracking link)

5. Will multiple items be shipped together?
We always try to ship items together if purchased on the same day. However, depending on stock location, your order may arrive in multiple parcels. You will receive a separate confirmation email for each shipment.
6. Can I track my order without an account?
Yes. If you didn’t register during checkout, simply use the tracking link in your order confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and email.
7. Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us at support@manualroad.com as soon as possible. Once the shipping confirmation is sent, the address can no longer be changed.
8. What if I don’t receive my package?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or you receive no shipping updates within 5 business days, please contact us. We’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.
9. My package is missing items, incorrect, or damaged!
Please contact support@manualroad.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- A photo of the package (showing the shipping label)
- A photo of the items received
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Shipping & Return Fee Policy
💵 All product prices already include shipping costs. In case of a return, we only refund the product price — shipping fees are non-refundable.
